Euronext N.V. – MATIF commodity derivatives (wheat, corn, rapeseed) – Delayed Redistribution License COMLP-DLF
MIAX Futures Exchange LLC – Agriculture TOM delayed feed
Barchart Inc. – Third-party aggregation and historical delivery
A.2. Proprietary and Third-Party Market Data
ExpertGrain also aggregates and publishes indicative physical prices, freight assessments, and related market information obtained from qualified industry contributors and public sources.
These values are compiled, normalized, and verified by ExpertGrain for informational use only.
Individual contributor identities and methodologies are confidential and not publicly disclosed.
ExpertGrain makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such data for commercial or trading purposes.
B. Display and Delay Rules
All futures and FX prices shown are delayed ≥ 10 minutes per exchange policy.
C. Permitted Use
Licensed for internal display only to authenticated ExpertGrain subscribers.
No redistribution, data-feed access, API export, or automated capture is allowed without prior written consent of ExpertGrain and the relevant exchange.
Occasional, manual sharing of a single indicative value is permitted solely under CME’s “limited extracts” rule (one value per instrument per tenor).
